Texas A&M University School of Law
Cassandra Branson is a rising second-year student at Texas A&M University School of Law. She chose to spend her summer at the Law Office of the Shelby County Public Defender because of her commitment to challenging mass incarceration and over-policing, as well as her long‑held belief that everyone deserves strong legal representation regardless of socioeconomic status. In her free time, Cassandra enjoys hiking, attending the ballet, and exploring new coffee shops.
