Mary Thomas
Emory University School of Law
Mary J. Thomas is a rising second-year student at Emory University School of Law. Mary is a proud alumna of both Memphis Central High School and Rhodes College and chose to return to Memphis this summer to invest in the city that shaped so much of who she is. Mary is interested in the intersection of criminal and immigration law and believes she will gain valuable experience in the Public Defender’s office this summer. She loves watching the sunset down by the river with her dogs, making jewelry, and trying new vegetarian recipes.
