Ryan Carney is a rising second-year student at Syracuse University College of Law. He chose to intern at the Law Office of the Shelby County Public Defender because of his strong commitment to public service and his dedication to ensuring fair treatment for indigent clients within the criminal legal system. When he isn’t studying in the law library, Ryan enjoys spending time outdoors, running, and exploring film as an avid movie enthusiast.
